From a picture, we are able to get a sense of the style and condition. Along with your pictures, please provide your contact information, a brief description of the item including the manufacturer or who it was purchased from, age, and approximate purchase price. You are always welcome to bring in your items during our normal business hours for consideration. No appointment necessary.
We are looking for pieces that are gently used to mint condition. We welcome quality items that appeal to today’s buyer. Furniture styles that remain popular, sell the fastest and, for the most money
CONTRACT: Our contract is for 120 days and is a 50/50 split. And every 30 days we have generated markdowns.
PRICING: Taking into consideration the brand, age, condition, style, and how similar pieces have sold in the past, we will arrive at a realistic selling price that will get the consignor (you) the best price possible.
